Head of Growth | US Market
Own the entire US commercial engine—ICP, channel strategy, sales process, pipeline, and GTM—as an executive team member building a repeatable, scalable motion from early paying customers and pilots.
What you will do
- Define ICP, buying process, and sales stages; map pipeline with clear next actions and build a pilot pipeline with agreed start dates and success criteria
- Lead discovery with sites, CROs, and sponsors; document objections, deal stalls, and produce the first GTM playbook from real field learning
- Build and validate outbound motion with conversion data; maintain a bottom-up revenue forecast leadership and investors can defend
- Represent Srotas to US customers, partners, and investors; recommend and criteria for the first commercial hire as the motion scales
What we are looking for
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, digital health, or clinical research with direct US market experience
- Credible discovery with CMOs, VPs of Clinical Operations, and CFOs; sold to or alongside research sites, CROs, or pharma operations
- Track leading indicators (outreach → meeting → pilot → close); build and defend revenue forecasts; fluent in HubSpot pipeline management
- Resourceful builder of commercial motion from zero—strong opinions, data-driven diagnosis, active use of AI tools for field synthesis
- Bonus: site operations, CRO commercial roles, pharma BD, or early-stage healthtech where you built GTM before anyone else
