Own the entire US commercial engine—ICP, channel strategy, sales process, pipeline, and GTM—as an executive team member building a repeatable, scalable motion from early paying customers and pilots.

What you will do

  • Define ICP, buying process, and sales stages; map pipeline with clear next actions and build a pilot pipeline with agreed start dates and success criteria
  • Lead discovery with sites, CROs, and sponsors; document objections, deal stalls, and produce the first GTM playbook from real field learning
  • Build and validate outbound motion with conversion data; maintain a bottom-up revenue forecast leadership and investors can defend
  • Represent Srotas to US customers, partners, and investors; recommend and criteria for the first commercial hire as the motion scales

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS, digital health, or clinical research with direct US market experience
  • Credible discovery with CMOs, VPs of Clinical Operations, and CFOs; sold to or alongside research sites, CROs, or pharma operations
  • Track leading indicators (outreach → meeting → pilot → close); build and defend revenue forecasts; fluent in HubSpot pipeline management
  • Resourceful builder of commercial motion from zero—strong opinions, data-driven diagnosis, active use of AI tools for field synthesis
  • Bonus: site operations, CRO commercial roles, pharma BD, or early-stage healthtech where you built GTM before anyone else

What you will do

  • Spend time with clinical research customers to capture feedback, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear product priorities
  • Work with founders and engineering to turn customer needs into PRDs, user stories, workflows, and delivery priorities
  • Support roadmap discussions, release planning, and follow-through across product cycles
  • Onboard customers, support pilot launches, track usage, and help sites move from first usage to confident adoption

What we are looking for

  • Experience across product, engineering, business, and customer teams in fast-moving, undefined environments
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple workstreams; comfortable bridging customer needs and technical execution
  • Understanding of AI and AI agents, with experience helping shape AI-powered products
  • Background in product, customer success, implementation, product operations, solutions, growth, or early GTM
  • Bonus: B2B SaaS, healthtech or clinical research, PRDs and customer-facing documentation, early-stage startup experience
