Srotas Health provides an AI-powered clinical research platform that uses proprietary Clinical Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents to support patient identification, eligibility screening, trial matching, and patient engagement. Our Services are designed for use by professional organisations involved in clinical research, and are compliant with HIPAA for US healthcare operations and UK GDPR for UK and European operations.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for use by individuals and organisations who are at least 18 years of age and who are engaged in clinical research, healthcare, or related professional activities. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, you must not use our Services.

3. Your Account

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality including our AI models, algorithms, software, design, text, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Srotas Health Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

5. Security and Confidentiality

Srotas Health is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of all data processed through our Services. We apply enterprise-grade controls across our platform, including end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, independent penetration testing, and continuous security monitoring. Our infrastructure is geo-redundant with automated failover and disaster recovery. We process healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA for US operations and UK GDPR for our UK and European operations.

Both parties commit to treating all non-public information shared in connection with the Services as strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or misuse any confidential information you access through our Services. This obligation continues after you stop using our Services.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for ensuring that users within your organisation handle platform access and data responsibly.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data and content you submit through our Services. Srotas Health processes your data solely to deliver the Services you have requested. We do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not sell or share it with third parties outside of what is required to provide the Services. • Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Services

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
